Installing MightyCall Desktop App
MightyCall desktop app is currently available for Windows 10 & 11 users. You can download the current app version for your system here:
If you're unsure which system version you have, see the instructions on how you can check it.
Updating MightyCall Desktop App
The app is automatically checking for the updates and offers to download a more recent version if there's one available.
However, you can always check for updates by right-clicking the desktop app icon in your system tray:
You can also select to run MightyCall desktop app at startup in the same menu.
Logging into MightyCall Desktop App
Once you've downloaded and installed the desktop app, use your login and password for logging in to your MightyCall account:
Enabling Notifications for MightyCall Desktop App
To make sure you receive notifications about incoming calls in MightyCall desktop app, please do the following:
For Windows 10
1. Click on the Start button in the bottom toolbar, go to your Settings > System > Notifications & actions and make sure they are enabled:
2. Under Get notifications from these senders, find MightyCall: you can turn on or turn off notification banners, set up your lock screen privacy, turn notification sounds on or off, and set the priority of notifications for our desktop app.
For Windows 11
1. Click on the Start button in the bottom toolbar, go to your Settings > System > Notifications and make sure they are enabled:
2. Scroll down and make sure the notifications are enabled for MightyCall desktop app:
Making MightyCall Desktop App the Default Calling App
You can make MightyCall desktop app the default app to dial phone numbers directly from websites, emails, or your CRM system via the so called click-to-call feature.
To do that, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Start button in the bottom toolbar and enter "default apps" in the search string.
2. Select Default apps (System settings).
3. Under Set a default for a file type or a link type enter TEL, then click on Choose a default and select MightyCall in the pop-up list to make it a default calling app for tel: links.
MightyCall Desktop App Features
The desktop app currently includes the essential call center features:
- Agent workspace;
- Supervisor workspace;
- Webphone;
- Reports (Call Log & Message Log).
You can make, transfer and receive calls in the app, send and receive SMS & MMS, manage your contacts, review the reports and monitor the performance of your team in the real time.
Refreshing MightyCall Desktop App
VoIP services are highly dependent on the Internet connection stability, and sometimes it may be necessary to refresh your desktop app. In order to do that, please press Ctrl + R.
