Webphone

The webphone is available on any page in MightyCall to make and receive calls. You don't need to turn it on, it's up & running in the bottom right corner of your screen. By default, it is in the compact mode.

When expanded, you will see:

2026-07-22_09-36

  • The business number that your outgoing calls will come from, at the bottom (clicking on it will open a dropdown list of the phone numbers you have access to use for outbound calling);

  • Dialpad: when you start dialing a number, the system starts searching the contacts & team members, showing up the possible matches above;

  • Local presence in the bottom left corner: you can click on the local presence icon to call using the business numbers with the local area codes matching your contact's location.

    The system will use the same area codes or overlays for the contact's phone number. For example, if you're calling a 213 number, which has overlays 323 and 738, the system will place the call from your business numbers with area codes 213, 323 or 738. If there are none, the call will be placed anyway, from a randomly selected business number you have access to.

With the local presence on, you won't be able to manually select the number for outbound calls.

  • Settings in the bottom right corner: you can click on the gear icon to

    • change your ringtone;
    • choose a mic and set it up;
    • choose an output device (like speakers or a headset).

If you're supervising another agent, you won't be able to use their webphone.

The webphone can manage several calls simultaneously by using the Call waiting feature:

If an agent is on the call, and the Supervisor comes in as Coach or Barge, the webphone will display a sound and visual notification:
