You can purchase Add-ons (additional options) for your MightyCall subscription in the Account Summary section. The fees for these options will be added to your subscription. You can remove purchased add-ons any time you wish.
Purchasing add-ons
- Go to Account Summary.
- Select an add-on you’d like to activate and click on the plus icon.
- Confirm your purchase.
Removing add-ons
You can remove any add-on at any time and receive a prorated refund as credit added to your MightyCall account balance that can be used for covering subscription charges for the coming billing period and other add-on purchases.
To remove an add-on, click on the active trash bin icon in the corresponding section:
Available add-ons
Number Slot
You can purchase an additional business number (line), local or toll-free.
International Number Slot
You can purchase additional international business numbers in a number of countries outside the United States/Canada.
To add an international number slot, you need to enable international calling for your MightyCall account first: send a request by clicking on the Enable button.
User Seat
You can purchase this slot for an additional user (extension) on your MightyCall account.
