Voice to Text or VTT is a feature used to transcribe your voicemails, as well as send notifications about them to your email you will first need to enable this feature. It can easily be done in your Settings → Notification Settings:

Of course, voicemail transcriptions are also accessible on the MightyCall Call Center mobile and desktop apps.
