Roles are sets of permissions that determine the access to various sections of a MightyCall account. When inviting new users or editing the existing ones, you don't have to set up their permissions individually: you can just assign them to a role that satisfies your requirements.
The business numbers for making outgoing calls and accessing messages are assigned individually, at the user level.
Default and custom roles
There is a set of default roles in MightyCall: Agent, Manager, Administrator. These roles are non-editable and cannot be deleted. Additionally, there is an option to create and manage custom roles.
Within a custom role, it is possible to configure access to each section of the product interface. Moreover, the access to different functions within a section can also be customized: for example, you can allow adding of new users and managing the existing ones, but not deleting them.
