Viewing team member details
By default, you can see a list of all team members on your MightyCall account in this section. The list view shows the userpic and first & last name of each member, their role, whether they have access to the Supervisor workspace, their email address used for logging in, their extension in the system, and up to 3 forwarding phone numbers (optional).
Note that you can see the current status of each team member: whether they are currently Online or Offline, Available or Do not Disturb, wrapping up or on a call.
If you click on a team member record in the list, you will see their profile card on the right, which additionally displays the business numbers that the user is authorized to use for making outgoing calls and sending/receiving messages.
Searching/filtering team members
You can search team members by their name, forwarding phone number or email address:
It's also possible to show the team members with a selected role, a default or a custom one.
Managing team members individually
You can access the action menu for each team member either by hovering your mouse over their record in the list, or by clicking on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of their profile card.
The following operations can be performed on each team member:
-
Edit: allows editing the user's profile;
-
Duplicate: allows adding a new user by copying the access permissions and settings of an existing user;
-
Supervise: allows viewing the MightyCall account exactly as the user does and having the same access as them;
-
Reset password: sends a password reset email to the user's address;
-
Delete user: permanently removes a team member, while keeping the history of their calls & messages.
It's not possible to delete yourself or the only member on the MightyCall account.
If you don't see a full list of actions in this menu, it's most likely because your current role doesn't allow access to some operations with users.
Bulk actions with team members
You can select multiple team members and apply the following changes to selected users:
- Assign a business number for outgoing calls and messages;
- Delete access to a business number for outgoing calls and messages;
- Change the role;
- Delete users.
You can assign the roles for other users that your own role allows access to. For example, Managers won't be able to make anyone Administrators, only other Managers and Agents.
The same principle with business numbers: if you don't have access to a specific business number, you won't be able to assign it to another user.
If some of the selected users already have the role you'd like to assign them, it won't change for them. For example, if there are 3 users with the following roles: Agent, Agent and Manager, and you change their role to Manager, this operation will only be performed for the users with the Agent role.
Inviting new team members
You can see available user seats on your MightyCall account (if there are no spare user seats, you can purchase extras), as well as proceed to inviting new team members.
The minimum information required to create a user includes the First or Last name and Email. You can also add a userpic, set up the extension and forwarding numbers for a new user, as well as select their role and assign them business numbers for outbound calls and messaging.
You can assign the roles for new users that your own role allows access to. For example, Managers won't be able to invite new Administrators, only other Managers and Agents.
The same principle with business numbers: if you don't have access to a specific business number, you won't be able to assign it to a new user.
