Managing Your Profile

You can view your profile by clicking on the icon with your userpic or your initials in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting your name:

Your profile provides the overview of your user persona in the MightyCall account:

  1. Your userpic (if you haven't added one yet, there will be your initials);
  2. Your first & last name;
  3. Whether you have the access to the Supervisor's Workspace on the account;
  4. Your role;
  5. The current email used to log in to the system; 
  6. The icon to edit your profile;
  7. The icon to change your password;
  8. Your assigned extension in the system;
  9. Your forwarding numbers (up to 3);
  10. Your timezone;
  11. Your emergency address.


You can edit the information in your profile by clicking on the icon (6):

In the editing mode, you can also see your login, which is the original email you signed up with. It cannot be edited or removed, it's showing only in this mode for security purposes. 

You can also change your password on this screen, by clicking on the icon with 3 dots in the column on the left, or switch to the Emergency address tab.

To change your password, you must enter the current one on file:

Once you've made the changes, please click on the Save button to save the changes, or on the Cancel button next to it to discard them.
