Making Calls in the App

There are several ways to make an outbound call in the mobile app:

• Via the dialpad
• In the Recents/Journal
• In the Clients tab
• In the Team tab
• In the contact card

Via the dialpad

• Before making a call, make sure you've selected the connection method that suits you best by tapping on the antenna icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
• Tap on the country flag icon to change the country code for the destination number.
• If you have two or more business phone numbers, you can select the desired number for outbound calling by tapping on the number and selecting from the list.
• Tap on the green call button to paste the most recently called number to the dialpad.

In the Recents/Journal

Journal

• In Android, swipe to the right on any Journal record: it will copy the phone number to the dialpad, ready for you to start the outbound call.
• In iOS, swipe to the left on any Journal record and tap on the phone icon: it will copy the phone number to the dialpad, ready for you to start the outbound call.

Recents

Tap on any record in the Recents, then tap on the phone icon in the upper right corner of the showing events history screen.

In the Clients tab

You can call any contact in the list of saved clients on your MightyCall account by tapping on the phone icon: it will copy their phone number to the dialpad, ready for you to start the outbound call.

In the Team tab

You can call any team member on your MightyCall account by tapping on the phone icon: it will copy their extension to the dialpad, ready for you to start the internal call.

In the contact card

Tap on the phone icon in the contact card: it will copy their phone number to the dialpad, ready for you to start the outbound call.
