Agent Role
Agents have the following permissions by default:
Scope
- Workgroup: access to all calls, call recordings, voicemails, and analytics within the user's workgroup. This level also includes access to all calls, call recordings, voicemails, and analytics within the Personal scope.
Recents
- Personal: only calls that were made or received by the current user are displayed in the Agent workspace.
Supervisor workspace
- No access: no access to the Supervisor workspace.
Reports
- View & manage
- Basic: access only to the basic reports (Call log, Message log, Campaigns, Dispositions);
- Download reports: ability to download the available reports.
Auto dialer
- Campaigns
- No access: no access to the section.
- Lists
- No access: no access to the section.
Call flow
- No access: no access to the section.
Numbers
- No access: no access to the section.
Team
- Members
- View & manage
- Only view: access to the section in the view-only mode.
- View & manage
