The requirements for the uploaded file are as follows: - maximum file size: **10MB** - maximum number of records within one uploaded file: **9,999** - maximum number of records within the DNC list on the account: **100,000** - format: **CSV**, delimiter: "**,**" ![2026-07-23_08-01](https://support.mightycall.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2026-07-23_08-01.png?width=350&height=151&name=2026-07-23_08-01.png) Once you've added numbers to the Internal DNC list, you can toggle an option to extend it to regular outbound calls (not the campaign ones) as well.
