If you’re already using MightyCall and want to communicate with your customers via WhatsApp using your MightyCall business number, just follow these two simple steps:
1. Install the WhatsApp Business mobile app on your phone:
2. When you start the application, specify your MightyCall business number as the phone number. After that, a verification SMS will be sent to your business number. You can find it in the Event History section in your Workspace.
3. Enter the verification code and start using all the features of WhatsApp Business along with your MightyCall number!
Using WhatsApp for business has plenty of benefits too. Beyond the incredibly user-friendly texting interface, you can use the service to:
send voice messages,
send MMS,

Important: You can only use one mobile device to log in to WhatsApp Business with one MightyCall number. If you try to use the same MightyCall number on another device, the first device will automatically log out.
