Voice to Text

Voice to Text or VTT is a feature used to transcribe your voicemails, as well as send notifications about them to your email you will first need to enable this feature. It can easily be done in your Settings > Notification Settings:

To find your voicemail transcriptions, head to the Agent Workspace:

They are also accessible in your Call Log:

Of course, voicemails are also accessible on the MightyCall Call Center mobile app.
