Scheduling Campaigns

The timezone for campaign calls can be the same as the one in your profile (by default), or it can be changed during the campaign creation:

You can schedule a start date for your campaign within the next 3 months. If you leave the start date empty, the campaign will be ready to run as soon as you manually launch it.

The end date for a campaign cannot be the same as the start date, it can only be any date within the next 3 months, starting with the next day.

If you leave the end date blank, the campaign will keep running until all the contacts from the record list have been called.

The number of days shown in the schedule includes the days with campaign calls only.

For example, if your campaign runs May 1-10, 2024, and you select to call Monday to Friday, the counter will show the campaign duration of 8 days:

And if you choose to call 7 days a week, the counter will show the campaign duration of 10 days:

For campaigns that last less than a week, the days that aren't included in the campaign period are disabled.

For example, this campaign will run May 1-6, 2024 with no calls on the weekend, so the calls will be made on Wednesday, May 1st, Thursday, May 2nd, Friday, May 3rd, and Monday, May 6th. Tuesday is disabled as it's not covered by the campaign schedule.

If all days have been unchecked, the campaign will be running 24/7.

Switching the toggle to Full day will set up the time for campaign calls 12:00am to11:59pm on the selected days, so the calls will start right after the midnight — or right away, if you start the campaign on the current day:
